Hi

This is for a fellow member who asked for some help with Evoscan datalogging.

First screen shot requires you to choose what open port cable is being used.
Then choose MUTIII protocol.
Then drop down box and choose "EFI" as ecu type.
Then the injector scaling field requires you to type in the size of your fuel injectors. If you have bigger injectors type the cc capacity in. Or if stock then type stock magna injector capacity which i think is 270 approx (check first as that is a guess)

Change these settings in the Logging menu.

Start datalogging with the open port cable connected and the car running.

The window on the top right hand side should show your connection status and battery voltage.

Low battery voltage is not good so make sure its no less than 11 volts as otherwise stuff can go pear shaped.

The datalog is saved to a folder within the Evoscan fun lder found in you documents. Called saved datalogs

Magna injector scalings in same terms as Evo: 3.5 = 268, 3.0 = 220.

True injector flow ratings are likely to be about 10% higher, based on various flow measurements I've seen quoted.

I was close with 270 cc I guess!

Been thinking about making a little guide for people as recently I've been asked fairly often about Evoscan and ECUflash
